Acceptance of Subcontractor鈥檚 bid is expressly conditioned upon Subcontractor鈥檚 assent to all terms and conditions contained in the applicable P站视频 standard agreement without modification. By submitting a bid, Subcontractor is certifying that it has read the applicable P站视频 standard agreement (either the Subcontract Agreement or Purchase Order Agreement) in full and accepts all terms without modification. Further, by submitting a bid, Subcontractor waives any rights or claims it may have to modify the terms of the P站视频 standard agreement, whether through negotiations, discussions, or other means.
P站视频鈥檚 standard agreements include the right for P站视频 to require Subcontractors to furnish a faithful performance and labor bond, in a form and from a surety acceptable to P站视频, in the amount of 100% of the Subcontract price. Subcontractors will be required to comply with all subcontract insurance requirements, which includes providing a waiver of subrogation endorsement to their workers compensation insurance. P站视频 utilizes the environmentally-friendly Textura electronic invoicing and payment system to streamline and expedite subcontractor invoicing and payment. Service fees charged by Textura for processing of electronic payments to Subcontractor shall be the responsibility of Subcontractor. Please contact our office if you would like more information. We are signatory to both Carpenters and the Laborers Union Collective Bargaining Agreements.
