Design and construction of three buildings – Armed Reserve Center, Army Reserve Regional Readiness Sustainment Command Headquarters, and Fitness Center – totaling 279,000 SF across a 30-acre site.聽 The LEED Silver buildings provide administrative, meeting, training, and equipment spaces. Scope included a new gymnasium and 225-seat theater. Our design-build team P站视频ed all the structural concrete foundations, concrete slab on grade, and concrete slab on metal deck work. Additional miscellaneous rough and finish carpentry was also P站视频ed.
