Las Juntas Elementary School

Design and construction of a new 45,000 SF school to replace the existing occupied school facility. New construction included: 23 classrooms; library; multipurpose room with stage and warming kitchen; and administrative offices. Scope also covered demolition of existing buildings and construction of new playground and landscape areas, plus an outdoor lunch shelter.
