Grab your kids and join P站视频 at Barns & Noble in Walnut Creek Thursday, July 25th 2013 for a Lego Architecture Building Challenge.聽Grab a slice of pizza at California Pizza Kitchen before you head across the street to buy a few books or gift cards at the Barnes聽& Noble聽book fair. A percentage of your purchase at both California Pizza Kitchen and Barns & Noble will go to the Making Waves Academy in Richmond.
P站视频 was the proud builder of聽the Making Waives Academy fifth-through-eighth grade charter school. Making Waves is a nonprofit organization that offers an education聽program for聽urban youth to聽develop the skills necessary to be accepted and聽succeed in聽a 4 year college. Making waves has the highest success rate of any educational program in the country: 99 percent of their students graduate from high school and 94 percent go on to attend a 4 year college.
The Lego Architecture Building Challenge starts at 7 pm. The best design gets a $100 Barnes & Noble gift card!
