]]> Currently in construction, this project involves the design and construction of the new cutting-edge facility designed to elevate Alameda County firefighter and first responder training. The project includes an 8,000 SF classroom building with classrooms, exercise centers, offices, and storage space. Scope also includes a 5,500 SF 5-story training tower for live-fire training that features multiple roof simulation props for targeted training exercises, as well as confined space and rescue training areas to replicate complex emergency scenarios. Site improvements include new parking lot, paving to meet facility needs, landscaping, infrastructure, and public art. The project is pursuing LEED Gold Certification.

The 21,400 SF LEED Silver certified project enables future expansion of the terminal’s east side and establish a new Airport Operations Area (AOA) security boundary.聽 The project consisted of two buildings: the first is a one-story maintenance garage bay building, and the second is a two-story building with shops on the first floor and admin offices on the second floor. The project also includes 65,000 SF of sitework.

]]> FedEx’s new state-of-the-art distribution center is designed to have zero emissions within five years of operation and is considered to be one of the greenest distribution facilities in the western region. Construction included 80 concrete tilt-up panels averaging 42′ tall.聽 The facility includes 45 dock bays at the rear and front of the building for electric delivery trucks. P站视频’s scope of work included several lot line adjustments, ground improvements, landscaping, and off-site roadway and drainage improvements. The FedEx facility was one of three buildings totaling 330,000 SF built for the developer at the large site.

]]> Design and construction of the new 40,000 SF facility that will serve 59 sworn officers and 31 civilians as well as safety officers from other jurisdictions in comprehensive community safety programs.聽 The Police Headquarters and Regional Training Facility site is integrated within the Civic Center to to support all essential services.聽 The training center includes classrooms, a virtual reality simulator, kennels for service dogs, a fitness room and a drone work area.

Fun fact: P站视频 also built the adjacent City Hall and nearby El Portal Place, a permanent supportive housing facility for 60 people in the community.

The multi-stakeholder project is the first on the West Coast to serve two separate firefighting functions within one building. The team included Overaa Construction as the general contractor, MarJang Architecture as the Lead Design Architect, and Ten Over Studio as the the Architect of Record and Landscape Architect.

The bridge sits on twin-pier pedestals over the freeway median and links the parking area to the station. P站视频 constructed the station with one and a half million pounds of structural steel with weekend and night-time crews working over the active freeway. Scope also included a bus shelter, station entrance building, station concourse, associated station appurtenances kiosk, transportation building, 2000 car parking lot, train yard, and all transit facility systems.
